We are working on behalf of this well-established Bahrain based organisation that requires a highly experienced Head of Business Development to generate new business for their customer management solutions and services within the region. You will be a highly experienced Senior Business Development executive within a proven track record in generating highly profitable business at a board room level. You will also be able to manage the entire sales function and ensure that the whole team are hitting targets. In order to be selected you must have at least 8 years experience of selling at C-Level and be conversant with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and its benefits to the client. A degree in communications / business is essential also, as is current GCC experience.
